Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients are directly from Utah, USA. We can get together for personal one on one training or if you prefer I can train you via phone, Skype or internet. I train according to your requirements. Other than the US I have trained and given advice for runners al over the world (South Africa, Australia, UK, New Zealand).

Am I a professional Marathon Running Coach?
Yes, I do have my International Certification as a Running Coach – RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) as well as my International Certified Marathon Coach Certification - NAASFP (North American Academy of Sports Fitness Professionals).

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. The best way to get results in both Running and Life is to have someone you can be accountable to. I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements and goals. In addition, I am mainly your mentor and advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend running paths or the right exercise.

How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are.

Your goals determine the time we spend together. A person aiming to race a marathon should realistically look for a 6 month training plan. This will ensure SUCCESS!
